Shipping
How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
Don't worry, we'll get your new goodies to you in no time! Our orders are usually shipped within 1-3 days, but during super busy times it might take us up to 3-5 days. As soon as we ship your order, we'll send you a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your package and know exactly when you should expect it.Â
Do you ship worldwide?
We sure do! We're proud to offer worldwide shipping, so no matter where you are in the world, you’ll always be one click away from all your favorite The Mutt Studio products.
Our orders are shipped from Monday to Saturday, so you can have your new pawsome goodies delivered to your doorstep in no time!
What about customs or import duties?
We’re happy to let you know that our logistics partners have got you covered and will take care of any customs fees that may apply. The price you see when you complete your order is the only amount you'll be charged. So you can go ahead and treat your furry friend to a comfy new bed or cool brush without any added stress!
European orders: European customers are exempt of paying the customs fee for buying outside of Europe as it is 100% covered by our logistic partners.
I accidentally provided the wrong shipping address, what can I do?
Just send us an email at hello@themuttstudio.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to make the necessary changes before your order is shipped.
Please note, once an order has been shipped, we're unable to make any changes or cancel it. So be sure to double check your shipping information before completing your order to avoid any delays or issues!
Where are you based?
We are based in beautiful Portugal, Europe, and ship all our orders from our warehouses in the US, UK, and China.
Order Tracking
How do I track my order?
Don't worry, we'll keep you in the loop! As soon as your order has been shipped from our warehouse, we'll send you a shipment confirmation email with your order's tracking number. You can then insert it here to easily track your parcel.
My tracking number isn’t working, could you help me?
Tracking numbers will usually become active within 1-2 business days after we send you the shipment confirmation email. Just keep in mind that the shipping process can sometimes cause delays in tracking updates.
If, after two days, you still don’t see any updates, don't worry - send us an email and we’ll look into it for you!
Order Issues
I would like to get a refund, how can I go about this?
We’ve got you covered with our Refund Policy. Just head over there for all the details!
My package got lost/was stolen, what can I do?
Don't worry, we've got your back! If your package goes missing while in transit, we'll send you a replacement as soon as possible.
However, if it gets lost or stolen and the tracking number shows it was delivered to the address you provided, we can’t be held responsible. But don't worry, if something like that happens just let us know and we'll work together to figure out what happened. We promise to do our best to help you!
What if I mistakenly provide a wrong shipping address and my order gets returned?
Unfortunately, we can't be held responsible for an order being returned due to an incomplete or wrong address, and won't be able to issue a refund due to the resources invested in shipping the first item(s) to you.
